DeliverClub membership is optional but phenomenal, especially if you are a frequent foodie. You can try the membership free for 30 days to give it a test drive, and experience a ton of cost savings on free and reduced delivery fees all month long. You may cancel this trial at any time.
The monthly membership fee gives you free and discounted delivery from tons of local favorite restaurants, and reduced delivery fees from other restaurants depending on distance and order size. DeliverClub members may also receive exclusive coupons and promotions in addition to their everyday delivery fee savings.
You can locate your membership profile in your account profile by logging into your account. In your membership profile section, you can edit the payment method for membership charges, and/or pause your membership. You can also view the history of membership payments and credits in this section.
We have a nationwide network of experienced food delivery providers who fulfill all of the orders placed on DeliverClub’s website. Our fleet of drivers are super savvy when it comes to handling food, and will deliver your meal with high quality and precision every time.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of the order summary and total. Once you order goes through the various order status phases, such as “being prepared” or “en route”, you will receive an email or text message notification of these updates. You can always contact your delivery provider (contact info provided on your order receipt) if you have specific questions or concerns about your order.
You will need to contact the food delivery provider listed on your order summary. Since DeliverClub is only an online directory of restaurants and delivery, your local food delivery provider will have more specific information and capabilities pertaining to your order.
You can reach out to your food delivery provider, whose contact info is listed on your order confirmation email. They will be able to assist you with any order issues.
